William Hill has reached an agreement to acquire CG Technology’s sports book assets in Las Vegas and the Bahamas.

The purchase is subject to regulatory approval in Nevada and the Bahamas, according to a news release.

Through leases, the British company would expand its reach by operating sports books at the Cosmopolitan, the Venetian, the Palazzo, the Palms, the Tropicana and Silverton Las Vegas, the release said.

“We are pleased to have reached this agreement,” said Joe Asher, CEO of William Hill U.S., in the release. “This will allow us to expand our Las Vegas footprint to several marquee resorts.”

William Hill, a global company, was founded in 1934. It already operates Las Vegas-area sports books at Arizona Charlie's, Jerry’s Nugget, M Resort, the Plaza, Silver Sevens and the Strat.
