Las Vegas Realtors and its Young Professionals Network Committee announced the winners of their annual “Who’s Who Under 40” awards for 2024. The program was created to acknowledge the top local realtors under the age of 40 who demonstrate leadership, excellence in their careers and service to their community, the real estate industry and their associations. This year, 33 honorees were chosen by an LVR awards committee including Dakotah Beard with Las Vegas Sotheby’s International and Jordan Woolsey with BHHS Nevada Properties.
Downtown Las Vegas’ California Hotel & Casino welcomes California Noodle House back to its dining portfolio. The restaurant is returning with a refreshed menu, highlighting a collection of Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes with local Hawaii flair.
FEA Consulting Engineers, one of the top ten hospitality engineering firms in the country, is welcoming Low Voltage Revit and BIM Technician Gianni Silva and Mechanical Revit and BIM Technician Jovanny Cortez. Silva holds a professional certification in Revit Electrical Design. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the state’s energy department, where he gained expertise in drafting for audio-visual, low voltage and security systems, setting up sheets and views in Revit and handling mark-ups and plan reviews. Cortez currently holds an associate’s degree in science and is working towards his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at UNLV. In his role, he is responsible for conceptual design, producing preliminary drawings and construction support, among other duties.
