A mixed-use office development in the western valley has sold for $9.2 million as part of a receivership sale.

Westcliff Plaza, which was built in 1994 on 3.5 acres at 201 to 401 N. Buffalo Drive, has 12 one-and two-story office and medical buildings. Eleven of the 12 were included in the sale.

Omninet Capital acquired the property from Trident Pacific Real Estate Group, the receiver for Bank of America.

The transaction was handled by Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik of Voit Real Estate Services’ Irvine office, which worked with Kit Graski of Voit’s Las Vegas office.
