If you want to get away, Southwest is offering tickets as low as $29 to fly from Las Vegas to certain West Coast cities on a limited number of days.
The airline is selling the tickets online until Thursday for travel on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays until Nov. 9.
The fares from Las Vegas are $29 to Los Angeles, $39 to Oakland or San Diego and $49 to Portland.
Southwest is the dominant carrier at McCarran International Airport but has been seeing more competition this year for travel in the West from JetBlue, Spirit and Allegiant.
There are a limited number of the sale tickets available, and they can only be purchased online. The prices do not include taxes and fees.
