Anthony Ruiz is senior director of communications and public affairs for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance.

The Downtown Vegas Alliance re-elected Todd Kessler, with the Resort Gaming Group, to serve a two-year term as president. Marc Abelman, owner of Inside Style, is the organization’s secretary and Alexandra Epstein Gudai, vice president of the El Cortez, is member at large. Remaining on the alliance’s executive committee to finish their existing terms are: Jonathan Ullman, the Mob Museum – vice president; Lisa Robinson, Faiss Foley Warren Public Relations & Public Affairs - treasurer; Seth Schorr, Downtown Grand – member at large; and Matt Engle, Cragin & Pike – member at large.

Dr. Trina Wiggins joined Southwest Medical’s Medicine On the Move program and specializes in pediatrics. Dr. Blair Duddy joined Southwest Medical’s Tenaya Health Care Center, 2704 N. Tenaya Way, and specializes in pediatrics.

GameCo, Inc. opened a Las Vegas office at 2630 S. Jones Blvd., Suite 2. It is helmed by Patricia Morelli, vice president of regulatory and product compliance, and Joe Galante, vice president of operations and field services.

Deborah O’Keefe has been named Pinnacle Property Management Services’ regional marketing director. In addition to marketing the Elysian Living brand in Southern Nevada, she is responsible for creating growth strategies and resident retention programs for Pinnacle’s managed properties in Nevada and Arizona. Cassie Trujillo is senior business manager. Her offices will be on-site at Elysian at Stone Lake in Henderson in preparation for opening the newest Elysian community in 2017. Jessica Weil is the Elysian West business manager.

Las Vegas unveiled a new logo designed by Victoria Hart, president and creative director of Pink Kitty Creative, a graphic design firm. It will be used on all new signs, workwear, vehicles, online and digital media as well as in all collateral and promotional materials.

Nevada received $283,000 from the U.S. Small Business Administration. The funding was awarded through SBA’s competitive State Trade Expansion Program and will be used for export expansion.

Las Vegas-owned Azzurre Spirits expanded the distribution of its vodka and gin into Arizona through a deal with Rebel Spirits.

The+Source medical marijuana dispensary opened a location at 9480 S. Eastern Blvd, Suite 185, Henderson.

Brad’s Toys & Collectibles reopened at 1433 N. Boulder Highway, Henderson. The store had closed after a fire in March.

Reliance Security doubled its office space with the move to a 2,300-square-foot building at 3630 N. Rancho Dr. Suite 107, Las Vegas.

Moment 3D, a printing company, is open 145 Gibson Road, Suite B, Henderson.

Centennial Hills Hospital added 36 private rooms on the fourth floor dedicated to patient care. The new nursing unit features 20 rooms for either medical or surgical patients, and 16 intermediate medical care rooms for patients who require more medical advanced care. The addition increases the hospital’s state licensed bed count to 226 beds.
