One of the biggest challenges in the field of hospice is the misunderstanding of what we provide to patients and their families.  There is a perception that taking advantage of hospice means that you have given up and lost control; when in fact hospice is taking control of your life at the end, where you can have impact on your quality of life.  Nathan Adelson Hospice gives support to individuals with a life-limiting illness while also caring for their caregivers through a dedicated staff of medical professionals, social workers and spiritual care providers.
