Jewish Nevada

We engage our community to invest, enrich, and ensure the vibrancy and continuity of Jewish life in Nevada, Israel, and around the world.

Our vision is to be recognized as the principal Jewish organization working to secure the future of our Jewish community as well as its relationship with Israel and the Jewish world. Our dream for Nevada is that it be known around the world as a great place to live, work, play, and be Jewish. As a unified, collaborative organization, we are committed to securing philanthropic and human resources to create a positive change while connecting our community through programs, services and events. We are the voice of the collective, navigating the present and future needs of our community.

Jewish Nevada’s goal is to connect more people to our community through a plethora of social, cultural and educational opportunities and ultimately to raise more dollars each year for our annual campaign to support the needs of the growing Jewish community locally, in Israel, and around the world. Each year we strive to have no need unmet.

Generous donors have the opportunity to contribute to our Annual Campaign with an annual contribution, attend one of our fundraising events throughout the year or seek out corporate sponsorship opportunities. Some of our most recognizable events are our Women’s United luncheon for those women who contribute $365 or more to the Annual Campaign; our Lion of Judah luncheon recognizing women who contribute $5,000 or more to the Annual Campaign; and Super Sunday, where we make phone calls to community members seeking support of the Campaign. We also hold community wide events and programs for our Young Leaders division, Men’s division and Business & Professional division.

We have a wide range of opportunities that include roles in our JCC and Jewish Nevada offices, programs, and events. We also can connect those members of the community that are interested in volunteering to our partner agencies for additional opportunities.

Community members can make an individual contribution in person with one of our team members or board members, at an event, over the phone, or online at Corporate sponsorship opportunities are also available in many different levels and provide recognition at our many events and programs.
