Cleveland casino owner Dan Gilbert and his partners at Caesars Entertainment will make a pitch next week for their plan to develop a casino in downtown Toronto.
Caesars will present city officials with their "vision" for the project, according to a statement that Caesars released Monday. The officials are still debating whether to allow a casino.
