When Pennsylvania lawmakers saw America’s growing interest in casino gambling, they wasted little time in passing empowering legislation.
In just a few years, the state’ gambling revenues place it just behind Nevada and ahead of Atlantic City. And those revenues are expected to grow as gaming moguls such as Steve Wynn offer to spend $1 billion or more to build another casino in the City of Philadelphia.
