The Light Group to open a new lounge next year at the Bellagio

The Bellagio is getting a new lounge next year.

Lily Bar and Lounge will open on the casino floor in February, replacing Caramel Bar and Lounge, which closes in November. Both are operated by the Light Group, a hospitality management firm that owns several nightclubs, restaurants and pool lounges on the Strip.

Design firm Munge Leung will renovate the 3,400-square-foot space, which is expected to meld modern and antique styles. The venue will be decorated in mahogany and gold tones, with antique mirrors and imported stone from Spain, as well as three plasma screen televisions, owners said. Two custom brass high-top tables with community ottomans will form the centerpiece.

The Light Group is promoting Lily as both a high-energy nightclub and mellow ultra-lounge appropriate for corporate meetings and events.

“Our new venue will be an intimate, luxurious setting where patrons can escape the chaos of the Strip,” founding partner Andy Masi said in a statement.

Lily will be open seven days a week and serve food from the Bellagio’s FIX Restaurant and Bar.
