Famed Las Vegas haunt Gold & Silver Pawn Shop is closing for a week of renovations.

Featured on the History Channel’s smash show “Pawn Stars,” the shop will be closed from Aug. 25 to Aug. 30, to renovate the store’s interior. Owners have not yet announced how extensive the work will be.

“Pawn Stars” — featuring Rick Harrison, Richard Benjamin Harrison, Corey Harrison and Austin “Chumlee” Russell — takes viewers into the everyday lives of the dealmakers. Each episode deals with an array of antiques and collectibles and the people trying to pawn or sell them.

The store, located at 713 S. Las Vegas Blvd., welcomes about 4,000 people daily.
