This Middle Eastern grocery hit the Craigslist market in May with a price tag of $90,000. The sale includes coolers, walk-in freezers and refrigerators. There’s also kitchen with a double oven, a dough mixer and a meat slicer.
“All equipment is in good condition and meet standards,” the June 4 ad says. “Business has been established for more than a year and has a nice location and good repeat customer base.”

Night Shadow Boutique
4211 W. Sahara Ave.
Marketed on Craigslist as “the only New York Style Boutique in Las Vegas,” Night Shadow Boutique has an asking price of $50,000.
A July 3 post claims the store has a good list of loyal clients, but “due to a family emergency, the owners are willing to let it go for liquidation value of inventory.”

Miner's Market
663 Main St., Pioche
R.S.L Realty posted this market to Craigslist with a sales price of $290,000. That's $50 a square foot for the 6,000 square-foot property.
The market “could easily be converted to additional retail space, living quarters or leased to another business entity,” the June 25 ad says.
The deal comes with all store inventory, including food freezers and walk-in coolers.

Hedary’s Mediterranean Restaurant
7365 W. Sahara, Las Vegas
Since Hedary’s opened in 2004, the restaurant has won four “Best of Las Vegas” awards. Though the owner spent $380,000 to build and equip the restaurant, an emergency has spurred him to sell it for $70,000.
“Owner needs surgery ASAP,” his June 24 Craigslist ad says.
