Describe your business.
Reviv is a wellness spa that provides IV hydration therapies, wellness injections and more to people who feel ill, dehydrated, hung over or tired. Our treatments are administered in a fun and relaxing spa setting by a staff of doctors, nurses and paramedics.
How do the therapies work?
They are the same treatments emergency rooms offer for dehydration but at a fraction of the cost.
What does Reviv charge?
From $5 to $195. Our flagship IV therapies range from $75 to $195, while wellness shots cost $25 to $30.
How long do the benefits last?
Usually between one and six days, but some therapies are thought to have longer-term benefits.
Who are your customers?
Anyone at least 21 years old who passes our medical screening process. Our most frequent customers are Las Vegas visitors, athletes before or after strenuous activity, people feeling under the weather and those looking for a general wellness and health boost.
What is unique about your business?
Reviv is the first IV hydration wellness spa of its kind. We allow people to receive specialized IV infusions without going to the hospital.
What is your business philosophy?
We have a collective 40 years of experience taking care of patients in emergency rooms. We take pride in the fact that we can provide such a powerful and effective service for people.
What obstacles has your business overcome?
Our biggest obstacle has been educating the public that our services exist and are an effective, fun and safe option to battle the symptoms of dehydration.
What’s the most important part of your job?
In a city of endless entertainment, we don’t like seeing people sick and unable to make the most of their Las Vegas experience. It makes us happy to be able to quickly help people and see happy, energetic faces walking out the door.
What is the best part about doing business in Las Vegas?
There is never a boring day. We love being able to treat and meet such a wide range of fascinating people here.
