Passenger traffic at McCarran International Airport continued its upward trajectory in March.
Data released today shows that more than 3.7 million passengers arrived and departed from the airport in March, a slight increase over the March 2013 total of 3.6 million.
The airport saw a slight bump in passengers flying domestic, up 2.7 percent from last year. Meanwhile, international passenger traffic increased by 3.6 percent.
Total airport traffic to date is up 3.5 percent this year over last year, with a total of 10.1 million passengers flying in and out of McCarran.
March marked the third consecutive month the airport has increased traffic over the previous year’s total.
