Meanwhile, the Dapper Factory gives fashion designers a chance to show off their work, and a French-Italian restaurant at Paris Las Vegas says goodbye.

Claim Jumper
Claim Jumper, a chain known for its large portion sizes, opened Tuesday at the Golden Nugget. The restaurant will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The location will serve all-day breakfast alongside its casual American dining menu.
It is Claim Jumper’s fourth Las Vegas location.

Dapper Factory
The Dapper Factory opened May 8 at 2325 Western Ave., Las Vegas. The factory bills itself as the “first and only garment manufacturing company in Las Vegas.”
The Dapper Factory offers tailoring services and sells jewelry, bulk products, formal wear, sportswear and more fashion pieces created by local designers.

BLT Steak
Contemporary restaurant BLT Steak opened May 8 at Bally’s.
The steakhouse is part of a chain known for its modern, bistro-like décor and Gruyère popovers. The Las Vegas location takes over the space previously occupied by Bally’s Steakhouse, which closed Feb. 2.
BLT Steak will serve Sterling Brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Le Provencal
Le Provencal, a French restaurant with Italian influences at Paris Las Vegas, closed May 16.
The shuttering of the business, which featured European village decor, will make way for a new venue from chef Steve Martorano.
Martorano is known for his Italian-American cuisine and has one Las Vegas restaurant at the Rio. The opening date of the new location has yet to be announced.

Cadillac Mexican Cantina and Tequila Bar
Cadillac Mexican Cantina and Tequila Bar opened May 2 at the Golden Nugget.
Serving up soups and salads, enchiladas, tapas, salsas and more Mexican dishes, the bar provides a view of the pool and has flat-screen TVs for sports fans to tune in to their favorite teams.
The bar also features two towers of Mexican tequila. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
