The Vegas Inc 40 Under 40 awards honor young community leaders who represent a broad spectrum of industries. Honorees are selected by a panel of judges who have the extremely difficult task of narrowing down an impressive number of nominations to just 40. This issue celebrates the true cream of the crop of Las Vegas talent. The individuals featured are beacons of resiliency and determination. Many of them have overcome seemingly insurmountable odds to become the people they are today.
