    • Green Valley Fertility Partners opened at 2510 Wigwam Parkway, Suite 201, Henderson. It is the first fertility clinic in Henderson with a fully-functioning laboratory.

    • CBRE is the exclusive office-leasing agent for the Gramercy, a 500,000-square-foot project at 9500 Russell Road, Las Vegas. It includes office and retail space and two apartment buildings.

    • Port of Subs opened inside the 76 gas station at West Flamingo Road and South Durango Drive. It is the company’s 39th store in Southern Nevada.

    • BLT Steak will open in Bally’s in early 2014.

    • National Licensing Services, a business, liquor and gaming licensing firm, was certified as a woman-owned minority business enterprise by the National Supplier Diversity Council.

    • The Valley Health System launched a new twitter handle, @ValleyHealthLV. Tweets will cover news and activities from Centennial Hills, Desert Springs, Spring Valley, Summerlin and Valley hospitals.

    • The Nevada State Development Corporation started a VetLoan Advantage program that rebates up to $3,000 to veterans starting or expanding small businesses.

    • St. Rose Dominican Hospitals’ Rose de Lima campus won a Bariatric Surgery Excellence Award from Healthgrades, a website that links consumers with physicians and hospitals. The hospital was ranked a top performer for bariatric surgery.

    • MassMedia Corporate Communications, a public relations, advertising and marketing firm, has several new health care clients, including Nevada Health CO-OP, Women’s Health Associates of Southern Nevada and ABQ Health Partners.

    • Newave, a Las Vegas software supplier to the gaming industry, is installing its TINCheck software at Hollywood Casino in West Virginia and Treasure Island in Minnesota. The program helps casinos verify patrons’ addresses and tax ID information.

    • FirstService Residential, a management company, moved its local headquarters to 8290 S. Arville Road, Las Vegas. The company has five offices in the valley.

    • Tatyana Designs, which specializes in contemporary designs inspired by Bettie Page, opened a new location in St. Louis. This is the 16th U.S. location for Tatyana Designs.
