Credit One Bank appointed Saurabh Gupta as chief development officer, overseeing the bank’s IT department. Gupta previously served as an engineering and architecture leader for IT organizations in banking, credit card and travel domains. In this senior technology role, Gupta is focused on software development, delivery transformation, product engineering, digital modernization and technology innovation.

The Vox Agency is the official agency on record for Emporium Arcade Bar Las Vegas, a distinctive entertainment destination inside Area15.

Sean Zaher was promoted to vice president with CBRE Advisory and Transaction Services. Zaher specializes in representing industrial property owners, landlords and occupiers in the lease and disposition of industrial real estate. For the past four years, Zaher’s team has been named the Industrial Specialist Top Producers by the SIOR Southern Nevada chapter. In 2020, the team closed more than 92 transactions, totaling over $850 million.

Kevin Sigstad, a former president of both the statewide Nevada Realtors and the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, has been elected to serve as a National Association of Realtors regional vice president. Sigstad will represent Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

Brass Cap Development announced its partner, Tim Castello, CCIM, was appointed as a planning commissioner for Clark County. Castello was selected to join the planning commission by Clark County Commissioner Ross Miller.

Hutchison & Steffen was named the Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Additionally, the firm received the Lied Award for Most Pro Bono Cases by a Law Firm. These awards come after a years-long commitment from the firm to provide high-quality pro bono legal service to the Southern Nevada community in conjunction with the Legal Aid Center.

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts added five new members to its board of directors to help it propel culture and arts education in Southern Nevada. The new board members include: John R. Bailey, managing partner of Bailey Kennedy Attorneys at Law; Cindy Ellis, business owner and philanthropist; Dana Lee, retired marketing professional and philanthropist; Elaine Sanchez, marketing and communications executive; and Shari Wong, media and communications professional.

Professional Women in Building, a council part of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, announced official appointments of those who will be leading the organization this year. The new officers include: chair, Elisha Scrogum of Taney Engineering; treasurer, Denise Meeker of Taylor Morrison; co-chair, Kali Stoner of Richmond American Homes; and secretary, Monique O’Neill of DR Horton.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas received a score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equity Index. This commemorates the resort’s ninth consecutive year earning a perfect score on assessment of LGBTQ workplace equality.

All In Aviation was recognized as North American “Training Center of the Year” for 2020 by Cirrus Aircraft, a global manufacturer of personal aircraft.

Colliers International Las Vegas announced Nicholas Gordon as its newest associate vice president and broker within its investment division. Gordon’s professional background includes more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor. In addition, Stacy Shapiro, CCIM, joined the Willmore Industrial Team. Shapiro has more than 15 years of experience in health care real estate and development.

Desert Radiology welcomed two veteran physicians and one physician’s assistant to its team: Dr. Osman M. Tahir, Dr. Sameer Rehman and physician assistant Kristin Glen.
