Jay Beltz, a pension plan services practice leader at the accounting firm Piercy Bowler Taylor and Kern, has received the Qualified Plan Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent designation from the IRS. The ERPA permits him to represent retirement plans before the IRS.
