Ramon T. Perez has joined the commercial banking arm of U.S. Bank as a relationship manager. Perez is a graduate of Arizona State University and has more than 15 years of banking experience. He was most recently with Bank of America.
Krissy Schenk has joined EXIT Realty Unlimited in Henderson. Schenk grew up in Henderson and graduated from Basic High School. She worked at a local credit union for 10 years and spent the past 15 years building a successful family business.
Carolyn Crockett has joined the Nevada State Bank lending team as a small business administration manager. She has more than 23 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Nevada State Bank, she worked at Service 1st Bank of Nevada, Community Bank of Nevada and Bank of America.
Brett Ewing has joined the international design firm Cuningham Group Architecture Inc. as director of resort development in Las Vegas. Ewing has more than 25 years experience in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment design industry and has worked on more than a dozen hotel, resort, restaurant and casino construction and expansion projects. He previously was a partner at Thalden Boyd Emery Architects and served as president of architecture and interior design at Marnell Corrao Associates in Las Vegas.
Edward Turpin has been appointed branch manager of the Las Vegas branch of Commerce Real Estate Solutions, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman and Wakefield Alliance. Monty Montierth was appointed operations manager for the branch.

Mike Amie
Mike Amie has joined NetEffect as a gaming and hospitality specialist. Amie is responsible for increasing the company’s client base in its gaming division, which was launched this year. Prior to joining NetEffect, Amie served as vice president of IT services and support at MGM Resorts International.
Marty Gross has been named vice president of operations and Christopher Stuart vice president of sales at LASxpress, an airport transportation service for Las Vegas’ resort corridor. Gross will oversee operations, systems and logistics, vendor relations and finances. Stuart will oversee sales, planning and strategies, and client relationships.
Las Vegas real estate agent Ann Teeter recently earned a Chairman’s Conference Award. She also was designated an Allstate Premier Service Agent for 2012. Teeter was recognized for demonstrating high standards in customer satisfaction, customer retention and financial services sales.
