Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority hires new CFO

Jim McIntosh, Henderson’s former assistant city manager and chief financial officer, will serve as the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority’s CFO, the authority announced Wednesday.

McIntosh, a UNLV graduate, is also on the Nevada Department of Taxation’s local government finance committee and the state’s commission on school funding. He will start his new position on Sept. 30.
