Colliers International – Las Vegas named Brokerage Firm of the Year by NAIOP Southern Nevada for 8th consecutive year

LAS VEGAS – (March 11, 2013) – Mike Mixer, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today the company has been named Brokerage Firm of the Year by NAIOP Southern Nevada for the eighth consecutive year as part of the NAIOP Spotlight Awards. The award signifies the company’s range of specialties, recent transaction volume, community service involvement and service to the local and national NAIOP chapters.
NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. The NAIOP Spotlight Awards, hosted annually, highlight the work and contributions made by NAIOP members and organizations.
Colliers International – Las Vegas has worked extensively with NAIOP, delivering exceptional service, sponsorships and memberships. The firm is also proud to have more than 15 of its team members as current or recent members of NAIOP, more than any other firm in Southern Nevada.

In addition to these two achievements, Colliers International – Las Vegas was nominated for the annual Community Impact award for its Links for Life charitable organization. The firm also had nine team members nominated for Broker of the Year, more than any other nominated firm. This group included Senior Vice President Dan Doherty, SIOR; Senior Vice President Scott Gragson, CCIM; Managing Director Mike Mixer; Senior Associate Eric Molfetta; Senior Vice President Tom Naseef, SIOR, CCIM; Senior Vice President Spencer Pinter; Senior Sales Associate Robert Torres; and Senior Vice President Dean Willmore.
