HealthCare Partners Nevada Acquires Solari Hospice Care

LAS VEGAS (March 14, 2013) – HealthCare Partners Nevada, a leading physician-run network of primary, specialty and urgent care providers in Southern Nevada, announced today the company has acquired Las Vegas Solari Hospice Care, a well-established Las Vegas hospice care organization.
HealthCare Partners and Solari Hospice Care will continue to operate independently, with Solari retaining its name, branding and employees. While Solari Hospice Care also provides hospice care services in Houston, the terms of the transaction are limited to its Las Vegas division.
Solari Hospice Care’s 130 employees in Southern Nevada will continue to provide patients throughout the entire Las Vegas community with a comprehensive approach to hospice care, maximizing quality of life through medical assistance, comfort and emotional support. Since opening its doors in 2002, Solari Hospice Care has experienced significant growth, serving an estimated 1,200 patients in 2012. The company has provided end-of-life care to approximately 7,500 patients in Clark County since its inception.
