Windermere Prestige Properties Welcomes New Real Estate Agents

HENDERSON, Nev. (March 14, 2013) – Robyn Yates, owner/broker of Windermere Prestige Properties, announced today the company’s Henderson office has added two new sales associates to better serve its clients in Southern Nevada.
Gilma Andersen joined Windermere Prestige Properties in December 2012, bringing more than 20 years of real estate and property management experience to the local office. Prior to joining the Windermere team, Anderson served as a sales associate for Wardley Real Estate in Las Vegas.
As an active member of the residential real estate community, Andersen belongs to a number of industry organizations, including the Nevada Association of Realtors, the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a certified Earth Advantage broker, focusing on sustainable real estate to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Brooke Brown also joined the Windermere team in December 2012. Prior to joining Windermere, Fortune Magazine recognized Brown as a “Face of the Future” for her work with Harrah’s Entertainment. She also graduated manga cum laude from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a bachelor’s degree in economics.
In addition to serving clients within the real estate industry, Brown entertains people from across the globe while performing as the lead dancer in “Jubilee!,” a well-known Las Vegas show at Bally’s Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
