Surveillance Systems Integration Continues Growth, Announces Strategic Expansion in North America with Expanded Las Vegas Branch and Two New Hires

SSI to build on new contracts in the casino market and retrofits of older systems in expansion
(Roseville, CA) January 26, 2012 – Surveillance Systems Integration (SSI) announces that it will be expanding in North America with the addition of a new Tulsa (Oklahoma) branch, an expansion of the Las Vegas office, and two key management appointments as part of the corporate expansion strategy: Al Croteau as the new Business Development Manager for the Las Vegas office and Travis Isom as the new Branch Manager for the Tulsa office. The expansion and hiring comes as SSI continues to be awarded more contracts, especially in the casino market, as well as other industries looking to retrofit their aging surveillance systems and control rooms, many with specific or unique requirements, a strength of SSI.
“We have an exciting year ahead of us in 2012 and see many growth opportunities, as the industry shifts from traditional analog camera surveillance to install new control centers and IP-based, high definition cameras for state-of-the-art security surveillance, many by upgrading their existing systems,” said Todd Flowers, President of SSI. “With over 15 years in the Security Industry, Al will drive new business with his expertise in market development and management. Mr. Al Croteau joins SSI as the Business Development Manager for Las Vegas, to help create and meet the needs of the growing customer base in Las Vegas. The expanded Las Vegas office is part of SSI’s expansion plans in North America. Mr. Croteau will develop business opportunities with current and new customers, and provide knowledge and guidance to SSI for continued growth. One of Mr. Croteau’s previous projects included designing a unique camera system built into the security bars surrounding the cash cage at a major Las Vegas strip resort casino, which received accolades from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Previously, Mr. Croteau served as Vice President of North American Video.
The new Tulsa branch will be managed by Travis Isom, who will be in charge of developing the Central US Territory. He and his office will provide clients with comprehensive systems solutions that include system design and engineering, project management, and customer support, based on his 10 years in the industry. Mr. Isom will also be tasked with the development of new employees in the strategic expansion for the region.
