Half Price Lawyers Announces Acquisition, Launches Business Law Division

Las Vegas – (May 28, 2013) – Half Price Lawyers, a full-service law firm offering counsel throughout the Las Vegas Valley, announced today it has been acquired by Glenn H. Truitt, Esq., now officially operating as Truitt & Associates. Truitt plans to expand the company’s practice areas to include a new business law division.
Since it was founded in 2009, Half Price Lawyers has serviced nearly 30,000 clients in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, family law, bankruptcy and criminal defense. Truitt & Associates will now conduct all Southern Nevada business ventures with the Half Price Lawyers name.
Under Truitt’s leadership, Half Price Lawyers has launched a new division focused solely on business law. Truitt received a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy in 1997 and completed his Juris Doctorate at Stanford Law School in 2005. He has spent a majority of his career providing legal services to small to mid-size businesses and entrepreneurs.
