ONE OF LAS VEGAS’ OLDEST COMPANIES EXPANDS
HEALTH & BENEFITS DIVISION

LAS VEGAS – Independent insurance agency Cragin & Pike, one of Las Vegas’ oldest companies, is proud to announce the expansion of its health and benefits division. Chris Campbell has been promoted to Agency Principal and Vice President of Health and Benefits, and Dulcinea Rongavilla has been named a Benefits Account Executive. The benefits team members provide leadership, guidance and service in today’s dynamic and ever-changing employee benefits marketplace.

Campbell joined Cragin & Pike in 2010 as a director and facilitated the creation of the agency’s health and benefits division. Prior to Cragin & Pike, Campbell owned his own brokerage firm, Chris Campbell & Associates, and served as Director of Benefits for both MGM Mirage and Station Casinos.

Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Earlier this year, Campbell was named 2013 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Southern Nevada Chapter’s Man of the Year. This honor was based on his personal fundraising in support of blood cancer research. He also participates in fundraising efforts on behalf of several other local charities.

Rongavilla will be instrumental in the continued growth of the health and benefits division as she assumes her new role as a Benefits Account Executive. She joins the agency from Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, where she served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Rongavilla has nearly 20 years of experience in executive leadership and business development roles. For more than 10 years, she developed and managed employee benefit programs in Nevada and Arizona.

Rongavilla earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Spanish and Communication from the University of Arizona. She serves on the boards of several local charity and civic organizations including Southern Nevada Strong’s Consortium Committee and the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas Council.

Cragin & Pike, a locally owned and independent insurance agency, opened in 1909 when Las Vegas was comprised of just 100 dusty acres—two years before the city was officially incorporated. For nearly 103 years, the company has supported the success of countless Southern Nevada businesses and organizations. The agency was named one of the 2012 “Best Places to Work” by the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association (SNHRA). For more information, visit: http://www.cragin-pike.com/
