Gatski Commercial Managing Two Auto Centers

Silverado Auto Center, LLC retained Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services to handle property management and leasing for a 19,953-square-foot automotive property at 544-564 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd. in Las Vegas. Tenants include Purrfect Auto and Precision Auto Service & Electric. Gatski Commercial Senior Investment Sales and Leasing Associates, Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley, are handling leasing. Gatski Commercial Property Manager Olivia Fisher, LEED AP O+M, is handling property management.

Silverado Auto Center, LLC also retained Gatski Commercial to manage a 3,600-square-foot stand-along pad building at 1860 E. Serene Ave. in Las Vegas. Olivia Fisher, LEED AP O+M, property manager for Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, is handling property management. The property is fully leased to Meineke as the sole tenant.
