Legal Aid Center To Offer Free Ask-A-Lawyer Program; Free Consultations Offered

Gordon Silver Ltd. is pleased to announce that Kristin M. Tyler will be participating in a free legal advice program. The program is offered by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and the Trust & Probate Section of the State Bar of Nevada. The Ask-A-Lawyer program will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the East Las Vegas Community Senior Center, 250 N. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, 89101.
This program will provide information and advice on elder law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, powers of attorney, senior health care and trusts and wills. Volunteer attorneys will be available for free 15 minute consultations with unrepresented individuals needing legal advice.
Tyler focuses her practice on estate planning and probate matters. She is currently chair of the pro bono committee for the Trust & Probate Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
