Las Vegas, NV – September 2013: Joe DeSimone, owner of First Federal Realty DeSimone, achieved an agreement with Pecos Development LLC to market, develop, and complete Pecos Springs Business Park at the southwest corner of Pecos and Warm Springs. The property is near Green Valley, and tenants or owners can occupy their newly-constructed buildings within 120 days.
DeSimone will complete the remaining seven of the 10 buildings in the medical and professional office park. Leases for these new buildings will start at $1.00 per square foot with suites ranging from +/1,800 to 8,000 square feet. Condo purchases start at 1,850 per square foot.
The development team at First Federal Realty DeSimone will close out 16 office and medical buildings at Horizon Ridge Professional Park (HRPP) this month. Each of the 16 buildings at HRPP have leased or sold, and DeSimone expects similar success at Pecos Springs Professional Park.
