Dr. Nitin Engineer opening Extremicure, a new Minimally Invasive Hand Center

Las Vegas- Nitin J. Engineer, MD, FACS, who recently left the Brown Hand Center, is opening EXTREMICURE™, a new Minimally Invasive Hand Center. He will continue treating hand and upper extremity ailments with minimally invasive techniques that he has been performing for the last 5 years in the greater Las Vegas area.
While awaiting for the build out of his new medical office near St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena Campus, Dr. Engineer is seeing patients at 9975 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 110B, Las Vegas, NV 89183, ph: (702)586-4684 fax: (702)586-4697.
Dr. Engineer is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He completed his Doctorate of Medicine at Vanderbilt University in 2000. He then completed a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery with the Division of Plastic Surgery at Southern Illinois University. His particular surgical expertise and interests are minimally invasive hand surgery, including Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release (ECTR), Endoscopic Trigger Release (ETR), endoscopic decompression of peripheral neuropathies, degenerative and rheumatoid arthritis, joint reconstruction and replacement, and traumatic hand injuries. He is board certified in both General Surgery and Hand Surgery. Dr. Engineer’s extracurricular interests include playing the drums, inline skating, golf, photography, travel, and raising his new German Shepherd puppy.
