Texas start-up founder to pitch revolutionary live video model to Las Vegas Investor Roundtable

Dallas, TX - Kevin Kiepe, CEO and Founder of Texas start-up company Live Global Stream, will be attending the Investor Round Table in Las Vegas this week. Kiepe will be offering the opportunity to early-stage investors to become shareholders in Live Global Stream, an emerging media group dedicated to providing exclusive narrow-niche content.
The company plans to take its model global. “Even though we are launching our first entertainment brand in Texas, we are a true global model and Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world. I am thrilled to be able to present our vision in Las Vegas and, more importantly, we have not yet decided where our global headquarters will be.”
Live Global Stream’s business model has been developed to take advantage of the new entertainment and media habits of the consumer. “Television brought us the mainstream market and changed the world, now the Internet is delivering the greatest ever fragmentation of the market and bringing the biggest changes in modern history.” according to Live Global Stream founder Kevin Kiepe.
The 2014 Investor Round Table will be University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) 4505 S Maryland Pkwy (Building & Auditorium: CBC A112), Las Vegas, Nevada 89154 on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 7pm-10pm. Kiepe will be one of 25 presenting to the panel of investors which includes Angel Investors Michael Terpin, Lena Romanova and Don Sorensen. Also on the panel will be Victor Chaltiel. Victor sold his Company for $400M in cash in December 2011 and currently sits on the board of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation (NYSE: LVS)--they own the Palazzo, Venetian, and the main Las Vegas Convention Center. Kiepe added ”Vegas is the Entertainment capital of the world and I am excited to present our model here.”
Live Global Stream was founded in 2013 by CEO Kevin Kiepe, an Australian-born US Resident for the last 5 years. Live Global Stream is not a technology company but rather a narrow-niche content producer creating IP and narrow-niche brands using the latest technology for high-efficiency distribution and low production costs. This allows the company to profitably distribute its content to under-serviced narrow-niche genres globally. Live Global is based in Dallas Texas and currently has 20 international shareholders.
