The April Quarterly Vegas Housing Report speakers include: John Restrepo with RCG Economics whom is widely known throughout the state for his knowledge of real estate and economics facing the Western United States. Dennis L. Smith of Home Builders Research, Inc., responsible for the weekly Las Vegas REALTOR® Hot Sheet will provide valuable insights on the Las Vegas housing market. Our third speaker is Brian Gordon from Applied Analysis who is the principal author of the Las Vegas Quarterly Market Reports. All three data leaders on the Las Vegas Real Estate market will contribute to an outstanding market forecast.
