LAS VEGAS – The Cycling Studio will hold an Open House event this Saturday, February 11 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at its brand new indoor cycling facility located at 4840 Fort Apache Road, Suite 102 in Las Vegas.
The Cycling Studio will open its doors for a free afternoon of fun indoor cycling activities, demonstrations, and special giveaways. Bike fit stations will be offered where riders will receive a personalized bike fitting that can be recorded for future classes. Virtual ride experiences will allow cyclists to take a spin on the bike while enjoying prime cycling road footage on the big screen including landscapes such as Maui, France, Italy, and Red Rock. TRX® demonstrations will be given by certified instructors with free sessions awarded to those who participate. Raffle prizes including free classes, t-shirts, and a 5 Ride Pass grand prize will be awarded every half hour starting at 1:00 p.m.
“If you’ve ever wondered what it is like to take a heart pumping indoor cycling class in a cool urban studio environment, here’s your chance,” said The Cycling Studio co-owner Nicole Nastanski. “We invite everyone to stop by to see the studio, try out a bike, and find out how indoor cycling classes can help you achieve your fitness goals this year.”
Nastanski and co-owner Jeff Olin brought their love of cycling to new heights with the opening of The Cycling Studio on January 14th. Each has spent more than their fair share of time pedaling around Las Vegas in road races, group rides, and off-road mountain biking. Now, their chic studio facility dedicated to indoor cycling promises to offer the highest quality workouts taught by Las Vegas’ most talented instructors in a high energy, social, and urban studio environment. Classes have taken off full force and the club is excited to host an afternoon for interested individuals to come in and explore.
“Although we do a lot of bike riding outdoors, we absolutely love the energy, camaraderie, instruction, and workout benefits from an indoor cycling class,” Nastanski said. “Our experiences with attending cycling classes over the last ten years sparked an idea off the coat tails of the widely popular yoga and Pilates studios, to showcase indoor cycling to its full potential in a studio setting where the highest quality classes would be the focus.”
For both experienced cyclists and those new to the world of riding, The Cycling Studio motto of Reserve. Ride. Repeat. captures the essence of how simple it will be for students to reserve a class online, enjoy a heart-pumping workout, and come back for more. The studio does not charge membership fees and offers flexible ride packages to fit every student and every budget. The club also offers TRX® suspension training for clients interested in supplementing cycling classes with a resistance workout.
“Indoor cycling is so popular today in the Las Vegas area that customers are commonly faced with planning an extra 30 minutes into their workout schedule to find parking and secure a bike that is in good working order. At The Cycling Studio there are no membership fees, plenty of parking, brand new professionally maintained bikes, and you can reserve your bike in advance using a convenient online reservation system,” said Olin.
For complete Open House event information visit the studio’s website www.thecyclingstudio.com. Olin and Nastanski invite anyone who might be curious to stop in, take a look around, and give it a try. A Grand Opening Special of three classes for $25 is currently available to new students with complete details and the ability to purchase online.
“I remember riding a bike everywhere in my childhood and the feeling of freedom and adventure that came along with those bike rides. Many years later a friend convinced me to try a "spin" class, and I was hooked right away,” said Nastanski. “We are so thankful to have the opportunity to create an environment where people can experience all that indoor cycling has to offer, and maybe even convince some riders to take a spin outdoors too!”
