Findlay Toyota To Hold 2nd Annual Linen Drive to Benefit the Animal Foundation

LAS VEGAS-The 2nd Annual Findlay Toyota Linen Drive to benefit The Animal Foundation will be held at Findlay Toyota July 26, 2012 through August 15, 2012.
The drive will seek to provide for the growing number of abandoned animals that arrive at the shelter during the summer months. With arrivals of close to 200 new animals every day, the Foundation is in desperate need of donations of sheets, pillow cases and towels. The shelter goes through linens quickly because the fabrics must be disinfected often. Once something is ripped or torn it cannot be used again.
The drive, in its second year, comes as a solid move for the dealership that came under heavy scrutiny following a football camp featuring Michael Vick.
“We try to give back to the community as often as we can,” said Stephanie Bernas, Marketing Manager at Findlay Toyota. “We saw some great participation last year and we’re hoping this year won’t be any different.”
Donations of sheets, pillow cases and towels can be dropped off at Findlay Toyota Monday through Saturday any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. up until August 15. Donations can also be dropped off daily at the Animal Foundation located at 655 North Mojave Road any time between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
