Women need to stop deselecting themselves from advancement and set their expectations higher in business, law and politics, Jan Jones, executive vice president of Caesars Entertainment Corp., told more than 125 women leaders from around the nation gathered in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday for the 2012 Greenberg Traurig Women’s Business Forum.
