Describe the goods or services your offer: We develop and implement gaming and hospitality software applications that provide complete solutions for audit, cage, compliance and document management functions.

Who are your customers? Casinos rely on NEWave software to optimize operational performance and achieve the highest levels of regulatory compliance. Since we opened, not a single casino using our software has been fined for noncompliance. Some, like the Riviera, say they save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

What’s the most important part of your job? Our clients are our partners. They are the best source of ideas for product improvements. The most important part of our job is to ensure our products and services are easily incorporated into our clients’ operations, continually improving their efficiency and compliance.

Any suggestions on how Nevada might improve its business climate? If Nevada continues to improve the quality and accessibility of technical education in its schools, colleges and universities, it will add significantly to its attractiveness to diverse businesses by augmenting its already friendly business environment with a highly trained workforce.

Any business lessons to share from the recession? Businesses must listen closely to their customers and adapt products to their changing needs as quickly as they must respond to upturns and downturns in the business cycle.
