Describe your business: Las Vegas Mannequins rents and sells mannequins of all shapes, sizes, materials and genders nationwide. We also sell and rent hangers, display cases, store fixtures and wigs. We build custom retail kiosks and specialty displays. We also liquidate mannequins.
Who are your customers? Our customers range from tradeshow exhibitors, event companies and exhibit houses to retailers, department stores and boutiques. We also cater to local artists, photographers and the general public. We deliver locally and ship nationwide.
What’s the most important part of your job? Retaining customer satisfaction with excellent customer service. Every customer should walk away from his experience with LVM feeling special and well taken care of.
Any suggestions for how Nevada can improve its business climate? I would like to see more jobs dispersed within our own city and state. Local businesses should grow strong together.
Any business lessons you’d like to share from the recent recession? Conservative growth during a recession is key. Don’t take on too much too quickly, and take great care of the relationships you cultivate.
