    • Quality Care IPA, a local independent physician association, has added Dr. Wesley Johnson, Dr. Cyaandi Dove and Dr. Laura Dacks to its network. Johnson is an orthopedic surgeon with Vista Orthopedics at 3940 W. Ann Road in North Las Vegas, Dove is a podiatrist with Advanced Foot and Ankle Center at 4275 Burnham Ave. and Dacks is a general surgeon with General Surgery Associates at 700 Shadow Lane.

    • Bruce Evans has been named vice president of franchise sales at the Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop chain. Evans is a former CiCi’s Pizza development executive who previously served as vice president of franchise development for CiCi Enterprises.

      Nicole Milner Breen has been hired as senior sales and marketing director at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. Breen is the newest member of the Trump Las Vegas sales team under the leadership of Matthew D. Brimhall, vice president of residential sales.

    • Crear Creative Group and Magnum Integrated Marketing have announced a strategic alliance bringing the agencies together. Under the alliance, the agencies will maintain their independence but will leverage each other’s strengths and shared services to develop additional business. Both agencies offer services to include among others, marketing, advertising, media buying, social media, Web development and customer relationship management. Current clients come from industries such as gaming, hospitality, politics, retail, destination marketing, entertainment and automotive. Ken Ciancimino will continue to serve as president of Magnum, and Cedric Crear will remain as president of Crear Creative Group.

Elliott is a member of the gaming law group, where she assists with a broad range of gaming and licensing matters. Elliott received her law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law magna cum laude and also served as a notes editor for the Nevada Law Journal. Before attending law school, Elliott worked as a product management specialist at International Game Technology in Reno. She received her bachelor’s degree from UNR.
