    • Ashleigh Stevens

      Ashleigh Stevens

      Ashleigh Stevens is corporate marketing coordinator for Las Vegas Events. A native Las Vegan, Stevens graduated from Basic High School and the College of Southern Nevada and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree at UNLV. LVE is the exclusive special events agency for the city.

    • Carlene Gaydosh, a certified public accountant and investment fiduciary analyst, joined Danielson Financial Group. From 2002 to 2011, Gaydosh co-owned Thorne & Gaydosh CPAs in Henderson, which merged with Kafoury, Armstrong and Co. Nevada State College transitioned ownership and management of its bookstore to Barnes & Noble College Booksellers. The bookstore will maintain its name and location in NSC’s Dawson building. The bookstore expects to grow its selection of used, digital and rental books and shift to online book ordering.

      Matthew Zirzow

      Matthew Zirzow, an attorney with Gordon Silver, completed the requirements for national certification in business bankruptcy law from the American Board of Certification. Only 13 attorneys in Nevada have passed the exam in business bankruptcy.

    • Shannon Chase is intake coordinator at the Millennium Consulting Group, which helps homeowners and Realtors with short sales, foreclosures and loan modifications.

    • Jennelle Reedy

      Jennelle Reedy

      Jennelle Reedy is an associate at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Las Vegas. She specializes in investment properties and apartment sales. She previously worked as an associate with Colliers International Las Vegas.

    • Aristocrat’s Vice President of System Sales and Marketing Kelly Shaw was named a “Proven Leader” in Casino Enterprise Management magazine’s “8th annual Great Women of Gaming Awards.” Shaw has led her team to two successive record-breaking revenue years for the company’s Oasis 360 system business unit.

    • UNLV’s School of Architecture announced the winners of the “Galaviz & Co./UNLV Student Essay Contest,” which was based on a lecture by Jonathan Galaviz, managing director of Galaviz & Co. The topic was “Our Future in Asia: How Las Vegas architects can capitalize on the boomerang effect.” Capturing the $1,000 first-place prize was Bryce Taylor. The runner-up was Esther Garcia, and an honorable mention went to Alberto Sanchez.

    • SK+G, a marketing communications agency, announced several new hires and promotions. They are:

      Kelly Haight was hired as a media coordinator. She previously worked for LEV Restaurant Group as a manager at I Love Burgers in the Palazzo.

      Faith Cariaga was hired as a production artist for TRIALOGUE Direct. She joins the agency from Maui, Hawaii, after graduating in December from the Art Institute of Seattle.

      Ashley DiTommaso was promoted to junior media planner and buyer. She will work on the Maryland Live! Casino and L’Auberge Du Lac accounts.

      Christopher MacQueen was promoted to assistant account executive. MacQueen will work with JW Marriott–Las Vegas, Sky City Casino, Vegas PBS and Nathan Adelson Hospice.
