In 2009, Grand Canyon Development Partners moved its headquarters from Arizona to Las Vegas, and rebranded and restructured into a full-service real estate development and project management company. It now offers a complete spectrum of services to facilitate all processes for owners and developers of real estate projects, including real estate development management, project and program management services, lender services, tenant coordination and energy and sustainability solutions.
GCDP has been involved with several signature projects such as the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, W Hotel at SLS, Credit One Bank headquarters, Lucky Dragon Hotel and Casino, and Drew Hotel and Casino (formerly Fontainebleau). Some of the company’s most recent projects include development and construction of Noah’s Animal House, remodel of children’s houses at St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and an ongoing pro bono project for CORE Academy.
