You won’t meet someone more energized about their work and enriching the lives of others than Joshua Levine. The wonderful world of art has been part of him since he was young.

“I have always loved art and I have managed to blend my love of the arts into my everyday life ever since I was a kid,” Levine said. “It is amazing to see how these principles are now being recognized on a larger scale.”

Levine moved to Las Vegas from California specifically to contribute to the burgeoning art scene. Upon arrival, he jumped right in. He created the Intergalactic Art Car Festival for Lyft and Zappos in Downtown in 2018, which included a parade of 12 art cars down the Strip and raised $20,000 to support funding for First Friday local art projects.

Levine also curated the first art park on Fremont Street, spotlighting more than 15 interactive, large-scale art pieces from That Thing In The Desert sponsored by Lyft, as well as curated large-scale art installations for the Life Is Beautiful and Burning Man festivals.

Through his engagement with not only festivals, but also municipalities, corporations and individual art enthusiasts, Levine established Fired Up Management to meet the demand for monumental expressions of creativity and community.

“To me, being a cultural advocate means bringing creativity to the mundane and shining a spotlight on so many deserving artists who have a point of view to share with the world,” Levine said. “I am so proud that I am amplifying the voices of so many artists and turning the public’s attention to their talents.”

Now, Levine is working with Area15, an immersive retail, entertainment and art destination just minutes from the Strip, where he curated an outdoor gallery furnished with eight pieces of large-scale art.

“Area15 is going to revolutionize the art world in Las Vegas and I am so excited to be a part of this cultural movement,” Levine said. “The public is going to be blown away by what we have in store.”
