Thomas Austin (impersonating Jerome Benton) and Drew James (as Morris Day) perform in The D showroom in downtown Las Vegas Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012. Benton and Day were members of The Time, one of the most famous of the Prince associated bands. The band released four albums between 1981 and 1990, with Prince writing and performing most of the instrumentation and backing vocals, with lead vocals by Morris Day.
