Dave Sommers of West Lafayette, Ind., hits the deck for some acrobatic practice following the day's competition during the International Baking Industry Exposition at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As a member of the U.S. Pizza Team he's competed at the world championships in Parma, Italy and currently works for Mad Mushroom in West Lafayette.
