Steve Cutler holds a 1955 invitation to the opening of the Moulin Rouge casino at his home Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013. Moulin Rouge, the first desegregated hotel casino in Las Vegas, opened in May 1955 but closed in November of the same year. Cutler, founder of Casino Legends Hall of Fame, used to display his collection in a museum at the Tropicana but is now looking for a new way to display the collection.
