The High Roller observation wheel waits for the final segment of the outer wheel to be installed Monday, September 9, 2013. The final segment was installed Tuesday. The 550-foot tall observation wheel, which will be the tallest in the world when completed, is the centerpiece of of the $550 million Linq entertainment district being built by Caesars Entertainment Corp.
