Transgender voyeur

Shauna Smith, a transgender woman, was arrested on a charge of video voyeurism. Authorities charged her Tuesday, July 12, 2016, under her legal name, Sean Patrick Smith, and photographed her with her wig removed. Smith was charged with secretly taking pictures of an 18-year-old woman changing in a Target fitting room in Ammon Idaho on Monday, July 11, 2016. View photo
