Steve Phelps, NASCAR executive vice president and chief marketing officer, and Brian Davis, vice president of marketing for Allegiant Air, announce a sponsorship deal during a NASCAR Fuel for Business meeting Thursday, March 3, 2016, at the Cosmopolitan. Phelps and Davis announced that Las Vegas-based Allegiant Air will be the official passenger airline of NASCAR.
