CAI Investments hosts a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Delta Hotel by Marriott at the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas Wednesday, June 26, 2019. The 284-room hotel with rooftop pool will include 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and 1,600 sq. ft. of retail space.
