Aureole

Celebrity chef Charlie Palmer brought his New York Aureole restaurant concept to Las Vegas in 1999. The restaurant in Mandalay Bay features seasonal dishes that include artisan dry-aged beef and fresh seafood. One of the highlights of the restaurant is a four-story wine tower, with flying "Wine Angels" who gracefully ascend the restaurant's wine tower to retrieve bottles. Aureole offers fine dining in an open and sophisticated environment. Smoking is allowed in Aureole's lounge area.
Aureole features 3,200 bottles, including a 1961 bottle of Chateau Petrus valued at $4,500.
Honors include AAA Four Diamond awards each year since 1999; multiple One Michelin Star awards; several Mobil Four Stars awards, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award every year since 1999.
